Jr. K and Kindergarten Registration Information - Class of 2038
Please complete the form below to provide the Madison Central School District with information about your child's enrollment in kindergarten in the fall of 2025.
Kindergarten Screening is scheduled for March 27, 2025. If we cannot hold registration due to weather, the date will be April 3, 2025. A link will be emailed to you to sign up for a time for your child to be screened.
Both kindergarteners and Jr. Kindergarteners must be 5 years old by September 1, 2025, to attend. Thank you.
