Maxon Eldyn Bruns, also known as “Max,” is a senior at Madison High School. His family consists of two sisters, one brother, his mom, and his dad. Living in a house with six people running around can be chaotic. Max’s favorite sibling, Alison, keeps him sane. When asked how he likes to spend his free time, he said, “Hanging out with friends, I guess,” which makes sense, considering he’s lived in Madison his entire life. If Max could live anywhere in the world for one year, he would choose Iceland because it’s a really pretty place.
Blue may be a popular color, but it’s Max’s favorite color, simply because “it’s a cool color.” His outgoing personality lets him talk to strangers easily. Max recommends watching the movie Interstellar; he would even play the main character, Cooper, if he could. He would like to travel in the future to places like Iceland and Australia, and even go skydiving if he had the opportunity. Max likes the idea of Iceland so much that if he had $5 million dollars, he would move to Iceland, buy a homestead, and get a goat.
Max currently interns at InfoTech and finds helping people the most rewarding. After high school, Max would like to go to DSU for Cyber Operations, and then further his career in the Cyber Security Field. In 10 years, Max sees himself with a job in CSF, a house, and a nice car. If he could change one thing about himself, it would be his country of origin, Norway, since it makes him pale. Max’s advice for underclassmen is “Don’t take high school for granted.”
