Adilynn Lillian Bell, daughter of Caity Westover and Scott Bell, is a senior at Madison High School. Adilynn has lived in South Dakota her whole life. She has resided in Brandon and Huron but currently lives in Madison. Her family consists of twelve people, six of whom are her siblings. Adilynn, also known as “Midge,” was given her unusual nickname by family and friends for being shorter than average when she was younger. Her favorite food is pasta and she highly recommends HuHot.
Adilynn is an enjoyable person to be around. She likes to spend most of her free time outside and with friends. If she were to stay in, though, her movie and TV show choices would be Just Go With It and Shameless. You can catch Adilynn working at Scooters when she’s not out with friends. Adilynn’s bucket list consists of traveling the world and being able to work remotely. Even though she wishes to travel, if she could settle down somewhere, it would be in either Montana or Colorado due to the beautiful landscapes and mountain ranges.
Adilynn intends on graduating from high school and heading immediately to college to pursue a career in the veterinary technician program. After graduating from Southeast Technical Institute, she wants to attend and graduate from SDSU with a wider experience in the veterinary field. In ten years, Adilynn hopes to see herself living on a farm “with lots of dogs.” Adilynn’s favorite high school memory would be spending time in Mr. Cordts’ class because he always has a fun activity going on. Her advice to underclassmen is, “Go to Mr. Cordts’ classroom if you're ever hungry because he has plenty of snacks.”
