Everybody has their preferences about the foods they do and do not like; however, some of them get pretty interesting. A lot of common food combinations seem to be dealing with fruit. Many people like to add a different type of flavor to their fruit by adding certain seasonings. A few examples of fruit-related food combinations are salt on watermelon and pepper on apples.
Other interesting food combinations are peanut butter and pickles, as well as vanilla ice cream with soy sauce. Selma Brown suggests, “Hot Cheetos and marshmallow fluff,” and Rylee Anderson says, “salt and vinegar chips with cheese.” A couple of other students have some food combinations of their own. Ellie Jankord said that she likes Pringles and whipped cream, Chase Steuerwald likes barbeque sauce on hot dogs, and Abi Jones likes crushed-up Doritos in cottage cheese. People have even taken food combos and turned them into new “drink combos.” A famous weird drink is Coca-Cola with peanuts in it, especially if you’re from the South.
