Cole Russell Downs was born on October 26, 2006, to Nicole and Chris Downs. Their dog, Kirby, is an additional fuzzy member of their family. He is the youngest in his family by two minutes from his fraternal twin, Carter Louis Downs. Interestingly enough, Cole has had to use glasses since he was two years old, due to Carter pushing his head against a dresser.
Besides seeing Cole put in hard work at his farm, you may find him spending his free time with his friends or girlfriend. His favorite classes he has taken so far are all the agricultural courses, due to them being easy, engaging, and entertaining. Cole recommends living on a farm, so everyone can get a new sense of appreciation for the effort put into farming and cultivating food. His dream living destination is his grandmother Carla Downs’ farm, where he can reminisce about fun childhood memories.
Cole's current plan is to attend Lake Area Tech for Ag Diesel Technology. Ideally, he would still work at Lake County International and then, after some years, work on his farm. In ten years, he sees himself living on a farm with his three kids and stunning wife. His life aspirations include owning a farm, equipment with no payments, a Chevrolet Duramax, a square body 1976 Chevrolet K20 Cheyenne- orange in color, and a Tractor Pull Tractor International 1456. His favorite compliments are the “He's a good worker” compliments. Overall, Cole's advice to underclassmen is to “Study, get involved, and don’t not do anything”.
