Delaney

Delaney Clair Feistner, daughter of Matthew and Tasia, is a senior at Madison Central High School. She has lived in Madison her whole life with her family of six, but is ready to spread her wings; after high school, she will be attending basic training for the Air National Guard in San Antonio, Texas, and dreams of traveling Europe.

In her free time, you can find Delaney running the cash register at Dairy Queen or jogging around town. A few of her favorite things are the color purple, Crumbl Cookie, Chick-fil-A, The Notebook, and her two dogs Riley and Scout. She likes dogs so much that if given 5 million dollars she would buy a “cozy cabin, nice car, and lots of fluffy dogs.” If she had a YouTube channel, her content would be baking creative homemade goods, like Nara Smith.

In school, she enjoys math class and is a part of the National Honor Society. One thing she couldn’t live without is her school planner. Her advice to younger classmen is, “High school goes by faster than expected, so make the most of it”, and her favorite motto comes from Ms. Lynam: “Practice compassion.” In 10 years she sees herself having a family and a good job, maybe living in Florida because of the nice weather, and listening to her well-rounded playlist which includes, “everything.”
