Seventeen-year-old Mickale Gregory Dohrer comes from a large family of nine. His family consists of two sisters, three brothers and a husky named Willow. Mickale’s dad, Greg, is one of his greatest role models. “He is a strong leader who I strive to be like one day,” states Mickale. In his free time, Mickalel can be found babysitting his brothers. The most rewarding part of watching his siblings is seeing the excitement during their games of tag.
Sports is something that comes easy to Mickale. Currently, he participates in football, basketball, track and field, and baseball. When he is not on the field or court, Mickale is playing games on his PS4, specifically Madden. In addition, if he had his own Youtube channel, it would be full of sports content. Mickale is an avid University of North Carolina fan. If given the opportunity, he would live in North Carolina for a year to watch the UNC basketball team. Mickale’s bucket list consists of visiting every NFL stadium in the United States to attend a game.
Mickale would describe this past year as a cookie because it has been super sweet. Furthermore, some of his favorite foods include snickerdoodle cookies and chicken. “I recommend Slim Chickens because I just love chicken,” he states.
If Mickale could choose any character to play from a tv show, he would choose Eleven from his favorite show, Stranger Things. He would choose Eleven because she has superpowers. Speaking of superpowers, if Mickale could have a superpower, he would pick super speed.
After high school, Mickale plans to attend a university and pursue a career in athletic training. If he were gifted five million dollars, he would use a sliver of it for college, then put the rest towards a “big house." In 10 years, Mickale hopes to have a solid career, a family, and a golden retriever.
