Madison High School Seniors, parents, and families are invited and encouraged to attend the 2022 Baccalaureate Service. Also invited to attend are any members of the community that want to help celebrate the class of 2022. This service will take place on May 4th, starting at 7:00 pm. The venue for the event will be the Madison High School gymnasium. The service will last for about an hour and will be followed by desserts in the cafeteria.

A Baccalaureate service is a non-denominational church service that is intended to honor Seniors' achievements and wish them luck in their future endeavors. The service will consist of a parent speaker, a student speaker, bible verse readings, inspirational quotes, special music, and a senior video put together by the Baccalaureate committee. The Baccalaureate service varies from the Commencement ceremony because it is a quieter, more intimate feel, that offers an opportunity to reflect on the rite of passage that is graduation. MHS Senior Bryn Johnson said she is looking forward to the service because “it will be a great time to reflect on the last 12 years and also good encouragement for the years to come.”
