The Lady Bulldogs took on Parker last Tuesday and won after four sets. In the first set, the Pheasants won with a score of 25-23. With Parker's 1-0 lead, the Bulldogs pulled ahead in the next three sets with scores of 25-14, 25-16, and 25-12.
Thanks to the help of the team's total aces of 22, the bulldogs ended on top. Megan Schouwenburg, Maycee Theede, and Callie Mcdermott each had 6 aces to contribute to the win, as well as the prominent aces, Audrey Nelson contributed 17 kills as Amanda Vacanti put 13 on the board.
Standing with a record of 9-7, the Lady Bulldogs are heading into the first week of October with the upcoming matches against Tea Area on Tuesday and Dakota Valley on Thursday.
