Born in Idaho to Lane and Melissa, Savannah Nicole Shipley was just 6 years old when she moved to Madison, South Dakota. Savannah’s family includes her 2 brothers, Dallas and Bear; and a sister, Kelsi, in Utah. Savannah states that her favorite food is “lasagna because it makes her feel fancy.” If she could pick a superpower she would pick teleportation so she’s not late for any events. Another plus of teleportation is that it takes the stress of showing up on time to anything away because she can show up anywhere in an instant.
Savannah works as a lifeguard and when asked what the most rewarding part of her job is, she says, “Hanging out with the kids because sometimes they are funny. I'm also CPR certified.” In school, Savannah's favorite class is science because learning about the human body is interesting to her. If presented with an opportunity to live anywhere in the world, Savannah would pick Greece because of the scenery and the number of movies filmed there and if given $5 million dollars, she would donate half of it to charities and the rest to family needs.
Savannah recommends playing tennis as it is not a super popular sport, but you could play it even when you are 90 years old. Savannah attempted to make a bucket list, but she ended up throwing it away. Savannah plans to attend Utah State University for journalism and broadcasting and she sees herself in 10 years with a family, a dog, a stable job, and a beautiful home.
