Peter Quill - otherwise known as the Starlord - finds himself in the possession of an orb hunted by Ronan, a powerful villain. Along the road of finding a way to receive a bounty for this mysterious orb, Peter becomes acquainted with Groot, a tree with human characteristics, Rocket, a master of creating weapons, and Drax, a creature seeking revenge on Ronan, and Gamora, the daughter of Thanos, who is in close relation with Ronan.
Throughout the evolution of the film, the group that calls themselves the Guardians of the Galaxy saves the galaxy by protecting this powerful orb from Ronan. This movie entails friendship, courage, bravery, and integrity. I personally would recommend this film to any audience that enjoys action and adventure, as well as incorporated humor.
